Training the Next Generation of Family Physicians
Strengthening Our Team
We are delighted to collaborate with the Northwest Physicians’ Network, Basel University Hospital, and the University Center for Primary Care Medicine of both Basel regions to train dedicated young physicians in family medicine.
Supporting the next generation of doctors is very important to us. Through our commitment, we aim to provide a practical, high-quality insight into the diverse and rewarding field of family medicine while also making an important contribution to ensuring the continued provision of primary healthcare in our region.
Starting in July, we are pleased to welcome our first resident physician, Mr. Felix Böhm, to our practice.
Mr. Böhm is currently completing his specialist training in General Internal Medicine at Basel University Hospital, where he most recently worked in the Intensive Care Unit.
As part of his training, he has already gained valuable experience in family medicine.
We very much look forward to working with him and extend a warm welcome to Mr. Böhm.

Telephone Hours
Our phone lines are currently very busy.
We are doing our best to answer all calls as quickly as possible.
To improve availability, we have extended our telephone hours:
Monday to Thursday
08:15 – 11:30 a.m.
2:00 – 4:30 p.m.
Friday
08:15 – 11:30 a.m.
1:00 – 3:00 p.m.
This means we are available slightly earlier in the morning and for longer in the afternoon.

Online-Prescription
You can conveniently request repeat prescriptions for medications that have already been prescribed to you through this form. Please note that only medications previously prescribed by our practice can be requested.
Your request will be processed during our regular office hours. In most cases, your prescription will be ready for collection within 1–2 business days or, where possible, sent electronically directly to your pharmacy.
Please complete the form in full so that we can correctly identify and process your request. If we have any questions, we will contact you.

EQUAM – Certified!
Our practice successfully completed the quality management certification process in primary care in January 2026.
The independent EQUAM Foundation (“External Quality Assurance in Medicine”), which is accredited by the Swiss federal authorities, assesses the quality of medical services in Switzerland, particularly in the outpatient sector.
We are committed to education and training within our practice.
From August 2026, we are pleased to welcome a new trainee Medical Practice Assistant to our practice.
We supervise medical students through individual tutorials conducted at our practice.
From summer 2026 onwards, we also look forward to collaborating with University Hospital Basel in the training of junior doctors and residents.
